Highlights of the program:-

• During the residency, artists will work with every production as a stakeholder in every production of the company.
• All residents become part of the company as independent artists and remain member in every phase of the making process.
• In addition to ongoing creative and strategic work, they receive customized year-round support with a focus on story development, design, and technical innovation.
• The yearlong program is open to emerging narrative filmmakers.
• The program begins with a week-long open-air film appreciation workshop with the industry experts followed by practical work whole year ahead.
• Minimum age to apply for program is 18 years.
• We help you to build audiences, sustain careers through innovations in marketing, distribution, and data transparency.
